经济欠发达地区中等职业教育现状及发展策略——基于四川省达州市的调查研究

摘　　要：中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,在经济建设和社会发展的过程中承担着重要的职能。但调查发现,经济欠发达地区中等职业教育发展存在着一些突出问题:一是教育教学资源紧张;二是专业设置不合理;三是生源不理想;四是毕业生就业情况不理想。要解决这些问题,一是要提高认识,发挥政府的宣传和督导作用;二是要加大投入,改善中等职业教育的办学条件;三是要完善中等职业教育人才培养体系;四是要加强中等职业教育师资队伍建设;五是要畅通中等职业教育毕业生的就业渠道。Middle vocational education is an important part of vocational education in China,which has been playing an important role in the economic construction and society development.According to the survey,the middle vocational education in underdeveloped areas has obvious problems,that is,lack in education resources,unreasonable curriculum,worse resource of students;lower employment rate.To cope with the above problems requires that government should have a better understanding and continue publicizing;besides government should invest much more to make a better condition;the talent training system should be perfected;the group of teachers should be constructed powerfully;and last the employment market should be active.
