摘　　要：翻译能力的提高是每个学习者最为关注和孜孜以求的。本文分析了翻译能力及其构成维度,认为翻译能力是译者需要具备的一种由认知能力、语言能力、交际能力和自我评估能力等构成的综合能力,从哲学评价角度对翻译评价概念作了界定,探讨了以翻译评价为基础的翻译能力提高途径和翻译训练模式。Every learner pays the most attention to the improvement of translation competence.The present paper analyzed translation competence and its constructive dimensions,considered a translator needs to possess a kind of comprehensive competence which consists of cognitive performance,linguistic competence,communicative ability and self-evaluation ability,defined the concept of translation evaluation in the perspective of philosophical evaluation,and put forward a translation competence training mode based on translation evaluation.
