摘　　要：个人知识管理作为提升个人竞争力的一种手段,近年来被各行各业高度重视,人们纷纷寻求各种方法来提高自身的个人知识管理能力。但他们过多的重视知识的个人价值,不注重知识的共享。PLE是基于Web2.0和社会性软件的一种理念,强调自主学习、交流共享,其中社会性软件为我们进行个人知识管理带来了很大的便利。在PLE中,充分利用社会性软件,加强对个人知识管理方法的研究,以此来促进综合素质的提升。As a means of enhancing people＇s competitiveness,personal knowledge management has been attached of great importance to all walks of life in the recent years.People are scrambling to find ways to improve their own personal knowledge management capabilities,but they emphasize on the personal values of knowledge too much,hardly focus on knowledge sharing.Personal learning environment which is a concept based on Web2.0 and social software,emphasizes self-study,exchanges and sharing.Social software provides us great convenience for our personal knowledge management.We should make full use of social softwares and enhance personal knowledge management research to promote the overall quality of human enhancement in the personal learning environment.
