摘　　要：目的:了解药学专业毕业生适应职业岗位(群)工作应具备的能力,为专业课程开发,课程体系优化,教学内容改革,实验项目调整提供依据;方法:问卷调查、采访调查、个案调查;结果:我院所定药学专业岗位能力基本上符合岗位需求,其核心能力确定也比较准确,但随着社会的发展和医疗卫生体制改革的逐步深入,原定药学专业毕业生必备能力有的需要加强,有的需要调整或增加,如临床药学、医(药)患沟通、中药应用能力等。Objective： To understand the ability that the pharmacy graduates should have to adapt to their occupational status （group） in order to supply evidence for the professional courses development, the curriculum system optimization, the reform of teaching content and the adjustment of the experimental project ; Methods ： questionnaires, interviews, case studies ; Results ： The professional skills are basically in line with job demand in our school, whose core competencies are determined more accurately. But with the gradual deepening of social development and health system reform, the originally scheduled necessary capacity for pharmacy graduates need to be strengthened, and some need to be adjusted or increased, such as clinical pharmacy, medicine （medicine）, traditional Chinese medicine application capabilities and so on.
