摘　　要：主要介绍了魔芋与大豆分离蛋白相互作用的研究现状及进展,此外,还简述了以魔芋和大豆分离蛋白为原辅料,开发新产品的研究现状及存在问题。This paper reported the research situation and development of interaction between soybean protein isolated interac- tion, and also reported the research situation and existing problems on new product with konjac and soybean protein isolated as raw materials.
