摘　　要：高职院校在发展校外实训基地的同时,也必须建设好校内实训基地,通过从企业引进生产性项目,提升学生的专业技能和职业素质。建设校企组合型生产性实训基地,要把握教学内容与岗位核心能力要求统一、实践教学活动与企业生产统一两个维度,同时在人才培养、课程建设、实训教学、师资建设、硬件投入、责权利分配和评价考核等方面加强调整和改革。Higher vocational schools should not only develop the outside school training bases,but also build well the campus practice bases.Meanwhile,the schools should grasp two dimensions including the unity of teaching content and post core ability as well as the unity of practice teaching ability and enterprise production,and strengthen the adjustment and reform in talent cultivation,curriculum construction,training teaching,the development of teaching staff,hardware in vestment,the distribution among responsibility,right and benefit,and the evaluation.
