地方高师院校引入职业师范教育的战略价值探析

摘　　要：当前我国职教师资严重短缺,且培养培训机构严重不足,在地方高师院校引入职业师范教育是必要且可行的解决措施,具有重大战略价值:能消解我国职业技术教育发展的制约因素;既符合我国的具体国情,也是"穷国办大教育"的必然要求;能有效解决"产能过剩"问题;促进地方高师院校顺利转型。具体措施包括:更新教育观念,创新人才培养模式,加强职教师资队伍建设,改进与完善职教师资培养相关条件。The vocational education is shortage of teachers and the teachers＇ cultivation and training institutes were also insufficient seriously at present. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to introduce vocational teachers＇ education in local teachers＂ colleges, and its strategic values include： it can dispel the restricted factors influencing the development of voca- tional education; it is suitable for the practical situation of China as well as necessary requirement of running large scale education with limited funds; it can enhance the smooth transformation of local teachers＇ colleges. The material measures include： updating educational view, innovating talent cultivation model, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improve conditions for vocational teacher cultivation.
