摘　　要：在参考大量文献及充分了解中部六省科技人才特点的基础上,构建包括科技环境引力、科技人才投入、科技人才效益及科技促进发展等4个模块在内的科技人才竞争力评价指标体系。结合指标体系特点,使用主成分分析法对中部六省在"十一五"期间的科技人才竞争力进行计量分析,并据此做出客观评价与比较。Based on a great quantity of literature and characteristic of central 6 provinces＇technical talents competitiveness, the paper constructs the assessment indexes system of technical talents competitiveness, including four parts： attractive force of science and technology conditions ; input of science and technological talents ; benefit of technical talents ; development promoted by science and technology. According to the features of indexes system, using principal component analysis, it conducts quantitative analysis of central 6 provinces technical talents competitiveness during Eleventh Five - Year Plan and makes objective assessment and comparison based on above analysis.
