摘　　要：站在新的更高起点上,江苏省着力从"学校制度"和"招生政策"层面突破高等职业教育仅限于专科层次结构的限制,实现向技术应用本科及以上层次的"合理延伸"和"有机衔接",使高等职业教育"层次"和"类型"的整体拓展和转型提升取得实质性进展和制度性突破,在整个国民教育系统内建立高等职业教育与普通高等教育平行的"双线制",实现高等职业教育与普通高等教育的"横向等值"、"纵向贯通"、"多向转换"。Standing at a new starting point, in order to promote the extension of higher vocational education to technical application undergraduate college and above levels, Jiangsu province should break through the level structure limitation from the “school system” and “enrollment policy”to realize the “rational extension” and “organic link”, and obtain the substantive progress and institutional breakthrough in the“levels” and “types”of higher vocational education. Meanwhile, it is necessary to establish the ＂dual-system＂ of higher vocational education and general higher education, and try to achieve ＂horizontal equivalent＂,＂longitudinal penetration＂ and ＂multidirectional converting＂ between the two.
