摘  要:高职院校教学管理过程主要是管理职能发挥作用,但管理工作人员在行使管理职能的同时,也要向广大师生提供服务。当前高职院校教学管理过程中存在不重视教学管理人员队伍建设,造成管理人员的服务积极性不高;教学管理的方法和手段相对落后,整体服务水平不高;教学管理系统封闭,教学管理模式单一;管理人员与服务对象之间平等地交流沟通不够等问题。笔者提出拟从树立服务意识;重视教学管理队伍建设,健全激励管理机制;加强沟通与协作,创造良好的育人氛围等方面处理好高职教学过程中管理与服务的关系的措施。Management functions play a significant role in the teaching and managing process of many voca- tional colleges, while the management staff not only exercise the administrative functions, they also provide ser- vices for teachers and students. At present, people don't pay much attention to the construction of the teaching ad- ministrative staff, which results in the inadequate enthusiasm of staff service; the methods and means of teaching management are relatively backward, the overall service level is not high; the teaching management system is closed, and the teaching management mode is single; the equal communication between management department and service department is insufficient. To solve the above problems, the author proposes some suggestions as fol- lows: to establish service consciousness; to pay attention to team construction of teaching management, and to per- fect the incentive management mechanism; to strengthen the communication and cooperation, to create a good at- mosphere for education and so on.
