摘　　要：医学专业英语对于教学医院临床医生从事医、教、研工作非常重要,需拟定有效的专业英语培养方案,从专业英语教研组及教学督导组的设立、临床日常工作和医生业余生活中的专业英语培养、科室专业英语学习计划的制定和优秀教师的培养、网络资源的合理利用五方面进行了探讨分析。It＇ s important for a doctor to master medical English in the teaching hospital. It can helps him to work well in many fields such as in clinic works, education works and science research works. In order to draw up a effective plan about how to improve the doc- tors＇ medical English level, some strategies were carried out from five aspects in this paper such as building the medical English depart- ment, encouraging doctors to use English in daily clinic works and in their spare time, making a regular studying plan for each clinic de- partment, education of teachers and application of internet resources.
