摘 要:为揭示烤烟淀粉的结构与特性,降低烤烟的淀粉含量,采用响应面分析法(RSM)对鲜烟叶淀粉的提取条件进行了优化。结果表明:烤烟烟叶淀粉提取最优条件为:亚硫酸浓度0.19%,液固比为7,浸提时间16 h;淀粉中脂肪含量为0.61%,蛋白质含量为3.73%,灰分为1.59%,直链与支链结构比例约为3∶7。In order to reveal the structure and properties of tobacco starch and reduce its content in flue-cured tobacco leaf, the extraction conditions of starch from fresh leaves were optimized with response surface methodology (RSM). The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the concentration of sulfurous acid 0.19%, extraction time 16 hours, and ratio of liquid to solid 7. The contents of lipid, protein and ash in the extracted starch were 0.61%, 3.73% and 1.59%, respectively; and the ratio of amylose and amylopectin was 3:7.
