胸心外科实习带教的体会

摘　　要：临床实习是医学生由理论向实践过渡的重要阶段,尽管同学们初涉临床,学习热情高涨,有新鲜感,但由于胸部解剖关系复杂,胸心外科专科性质强,同时胸心外科实习时间短,如何短时间内带好胸心外科实习医生,对胸心外科带教老师来说是一个挑战。本文现将作者在胸心外科实习带教中的一些体会总结如下。Clinical practice is an important stage in the transition of theory to practice for medical students, though stu- dents begin to practice in clinics with high learning enthusiasm and freshness, the anatomy of the chest is complex and cardiothoracic surgery is a strong discipline and with a very short practice time in the department of cardiothoracic surgery. It is a challenge for teachers to teach interns of cardiothoracie surgery in a short time. The author summarized the teaching experience in the internship of eardiothoracic surgery.
