摘　　要：企业科技人才创新能力的开发,是实现企业技术创新的关键,科技人才是第一资源,开发、利用好第一资源,把科技人才的创新能力转化为创新成果,把创新成果转化为核心竞争力,是企业全部工作的重点所在。通过对企业科技人才创新能力开发问题进行了分析,并提出了解决的对策。Enterprise technology talent innovation ability of the development,which is the key of enterprise technology innovation,science and technology talents is the first resources,development,make good use of the first resource,the science and technology innovation ability of the talents into innovation achievements,the innovation achievements into core competitiveness,is the enterprise all the key of work.Through to the enterprise technology talent innovation ability development are analyzed,and puts forward the countermeasures.
