摘　　要：强化高校图书馆的教育职能，要以提高大学生的综合素质为宗旨，优化图书馆的读书环境，开展形式多样的导读活动，指导大学生读好书，使他们充分利用馆藏。而搞好馆藏资源建设，优化图书馆专业人员配置，提高馆员素质是强化高校图书馆教育职能的前提条件。To perform the educational functions of college libraries ina better way, it is necessary to take the cultivation of students, comprehensive qualities as the main purpose, to improve the reading conditions and to hold various activities to guide the students in their reading so that they can make full use of the library's book collection. An excellently-established book collection and a well-arranged top- quality professional team are essential prerequisites to enhancing the library's educational functions.
