摘　　要：《圣经》作为基督教的神圣经典,对西方人的心灵、精神与情感的塑造产生过巨大作用,其中也包含了对西方社会传统中法律认知理念形成的作用。法律在《圣经》中不仅是可敬、可畏的,也是可亲、慈爱的。《圣经》所塑造的独特的法律性格与形象,曾深刻影响了西方社会与文化对法律的态度、观念、信仰、情感等认知状态与认知心理。As the Christian＇s sacred scripture, the Bible had played a tremendous role in the shaping of the Westerners＇ soul, spirit and emotions, which also includes the formation of Western traditional concept of the legal cognition. The nature of law in the Bible is not only reverent, awesome, but also amiable and benevolent. The distinct character and image of law molded by the Bible have a profound impact on the West and its culture＇s cognitive status and psychology about law, including the Western attitudes, conceptions, beliefs and emotions regarding to law.
