摘　　要：高等职业技术教育具有"高等教育"与"职业技术教育"双重属性。基于"高等教育"的共性,高职院校与本科院校都应当具有"大学精神"的基本内核;基于"职业技术教育"的个性,高职院校应当突出"职业精神"和"技术精神"。高职精神属于大学精神的范畴,共性的"大学精神"的基本内核、职业精神、技术精神是高职精神的基本内容。高职院校不失共性的"大学精神"的基本内核,高职院校才可保证其不失"高等教育性";不失"职业精神"和"技术精神",才可保证其不失"职业技术教育性"。The higher vocational and technical education has dual features of ＂higher education＂ and ＂vocational and technical education＂.Both higher vocational colleges and universities should have the basic core of ＂university spirit＂ basing on the general character of ＂higher education＂.Basing on the specific character of ＂vocational and technical education＂,＂professionalism＂ and ＂technology spirit＂ should be highlighted at vocational colleges.Higher vocational spirit belongs to the category of the university spirit.Three basic contents of higher professionalism are the basic core of common ＂university spirit＂,professionalism and technology spirit.If there is no lack of the common basic core of ＂university spirit＂ at higher vocational colleges,there is no lack of ＂higher educational principle＂.If there is no lack of ＂professionalism＂ and ＂technology spirit＂,there is no lack of ＂vocational and technical principle of education＂.
