摘　　要：以我院青年教师到企业参加实际工作锻炼的实例,说明高职院校青年教师下到行业企业,亲力亲为去参加企业的生产实践活动,对高职院校校企合作的发展和深化具有很好地促进推动作用。This paper, taking the training of the young teachers of our institute in enterprise as an example, indicates that the participation of the young teachers from vocational institutes in production practices of industries and enterprises may greatly facilitate the schoolenterprise cooperation.
