摘　　要：通过对美、英、法等国家警察院校师资队伍建设模式和我国警察院校师资队伍现状分析,提出借鉴国外成功经验,组建科学合理的教师队伍,确立"双多向"交流、基础课教师转型为专业课教师等措施,建设高素质教师队伍。Through the analysis of American, British and French police colleges＇ teaching staff building mode and our situations, the article puts forward that we should learn from the successful experiences abroad, form a scientific and rational teachers＇ team, establish a ＂double＂ exchange from basic course teachers to specialized course teachers, so as to construct high-quality teachers＇ team.
