摘  要:以青霉纤维素酶酶解芦竹,探讨了酶解温度、酶解时间、pH值和酶载量对芦竹酶解效果的影响。结果表明,青霉纤维素酶酶解芦竹的最适条件为:酶解时间72h、酶解温度45℃、pH值4.8、酶载量30FPU.g-1 DM,在此条件下,葡萄糖产率为(61.75±1.22)%、木糖产率为(40.07±6.88)%;通过添加商业酶调配酶系中不同酶活比例,可进一步提高还原糖产率,当增加β-葡萄糖苷酶至40CBU.g-1 DM时,葡萄糖产率达68.96%、木糖产率达98.16%。Arundo donax was enzymatically hydrolyzed by using crude cellulase from Penicillium. The effects of enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time,pH value and cellulase loading amount on enzymolysis ef- ficiency were discussed. The results indicated that the optimum enzymolysis conditions of Arundo donax were as follows:enzymolysis time of 72 h,enzymolysis temperature of 45 ℃ ,pH value of 4.8,cellulase loading a- mount of 30 FPU · g^-1 DM. Under these conditions, the glucose yield was (61.75± 1.22) %, and the xylose yield was (40.07~6.88)%. The sugar yields could be further increased with adding commercial cellulase to ad- just the proportion of different enzymes. The glucose yield reached 68.96% and xylose yield reached 98.16% when the β-glucosidase amount was increased to 40 CBU · g^-1DM.
