摘　　要：运用案例研究法,对武汉职业技术学院教师队伍素质与结构进行调查、分析,归纳出该校"双师"教师队伍建设的路径基础上,深入分析高职院校"双师"教师队伍建设在管理文化、管理方法及决策模式等方面存在的问题,并提出引鉴现代人力资本理念、培育适应高职院校"双师"教师专业成长的教师文化、创建适宜"双师"教师队伍专业化发展的制度体系等展望。Using the case analysis method, the teachers＇ quality and structure of （ hereinafter referred to briefly as ＂ Wuhan Polytechnic＂ ） have been investigated and analysed. On the basis of summarization, we deeply analyse the existing problems in the management culture, management methods and decision-making mode of ＂dual-identity teachers＂ team construction. And we put forward the prospects of learning from modern human resource concept; cultivating teachers culture suits to vocational colleges ＂dual-identity teachers＂ development and creating a suitable system for ＂ dual-identity teachers＂ professional development.
