摘  要:当代教学文化是社会文化的一面镜子,它以其特有的"文化品格"依托与反哺于社会文化的发展与变迁,以其宏大的气魄、胸襟和智慧在社会文化中容纳与生成、互动与交流,而这一切均以理解为基础,通过教学对话和交往实践来实现。教学文化依托与反哺社会文化不仅为教学文化发展提供了条件和动力,而且释放了教学文化潜能,净化、创新和丰富了社会文化。教学文化的容纳与互动是教学文化与社会文化、社会实践之间交流创生的过程,也是教学文化之间以及教学文化与教学实践之间相互敞亮、相互阐释、相互作用的结果,这种容纳与生成、互动与交流是通过协调、适应和相互建构的机制来实现的,它具有无穷的活力,引导着教学文化生活走进光明澄净的境界。Being a mirror of social culture, the contemporary teaching culture, characterized by "quality of culture", leans on and inversely promotes the development and changes of social culture. Teaching culture equipped with its breadth of spirit, mind, and wisdom, forms existing pluralism, generate, interact and communicate with each other in social culture, all of which work together to create newly teaching culture based on the mutual understanding, teaching communications and practices. Relying on and nurturing the social cultural of teaching culture not only provides the conditions and power for teaching culture devel- opment, but also releases the potential of teaching culture, purifies, innovates and enriches the social culture The existing pluralism and interaction of teaching culture are the process of the communication and creation among teaching culture and social culture, social practices, and it is also the result of mutual interpretation and function between teaching culture and teaching practice, which is achieved by their coordination, adaptation and mutual construction. Appealing and vigorous, it is to head teaching culture into a true life.
