研究生科研环境的反思与推进

摘　　要：研究生科研环境包括科研硬环境和科研软环境。当前我国研究生科研硬环境存在研究生导师数量、实验室建设和图书馆资源以及科研经费相对短缺等问题。科研软环境存在研究生奖助机制欠完善,研究生竞争与淘汰机制欠缺,课程与教学体系落后,导师遴选机制不公平等问题。强化科研硬环境建设需要加强研究生导师队伍、升级研究生科研设施和保障科研经费等措施。通过完善研究生奖助体系,建立研究生竞争与淘汰机制,改革研究生课程教学体系,严格导师遴选机制,改革教学模式等手段改善科研软环境建设。Postgraduate research environments include hard and soft environment of scientific research. At present, postgraduate research hard environments have some shortage, for example, graduate mentors is inadequate, laboratory construction, library resources and scientific research outlays are not enough; There is some shortage in postgraduate research soft environments, such as graduate prize help mechanism is shortage, postgraduate competition and eliminated mechanism is lack, postgraduate curriculum and teaching system is backward, mentor selecting mechanism is unfair and so on. Therefore, we need enhance postgraduate mentors team construction and research facilities conditi ments and safeguard postgrad ons, security scientific research outlays to ensure postgraduate research hard environuate research soft environments by completing postgraduate prize help system, founding postgraduate competition and eliminated mechanism, reforming postgraduate curriculum and teaching system, perfecting mentor selecting mechanism.
