摘　　要：在竞争日益激烈的市场环境下,推进中层管理人才队伍建设,要顺应企业转型跨越式发展的时代要求,重点在体制创新和制度建设实现突破,构建体现战略导向、顺应产业需求、具有现代企业特色的中层管理人才队伍管理体系。in the fierce market competition,middle-level management personnel construction should be promoted and conform to the leaping development of enterprise transformation.System innovation and construction should be emphasized to make a breakthrough.A modern middle-level management talent team managing system ought to be constructed to reflect strategy guide and the industrial need.
