摘　　要：2011年10月，西安市职业教育考察团先后考察了英国、丹麦、瑞典三国职业教育的发展情况，无论是英国完善的国家职业资格制度，还是丹麦专业理论与车间实训相结合的体系，瑞典的不要天才要平等的终身职业教育理念，都给考察团团员留下了深刻的印象，我们国家的职业教育尚在成长期，创新将是职业教育本身，甚或每所职业院校的历史使命。In October 2011, Xi＇ an, vocational education, the delegation visited the United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, the development of vocational education in the three countries, both the British sound system of national vocational qualifications, or professional theory and the Danish combination of workshop training system Sweden do not equal talent to lifelong vocational education system, gave the delegation members left a deep impression on our cotmtry~ vocational education is still in growth, innovation will be the vocational education itself, or even the history of each of the vocational schools mission.
