刍议高校班级的自主管理——以嘉应学院“党政班”为例

摘　　要：嘉应学院"党政班"在长期的办班过程中探索出极具特色的自主管理模式———自主中的规则约束、制度下的人文关怀。制度下的自主管理淡化了管理的刚性,增强了管理的弹性,也为学生营造了自主管理的空间,实现了学生的自我管理和自我服务。制度下的人性关怀又为这种模式注入了"以人为本,以生为本"的理念,"温情党政班"使自主管理中洋溢着浓浓的人文关怀。During the long - term process of managing class, the party - government class in Jiaying University explores an extremely characteristic and independent management mode -the rules under the independent, and humanistic care under the restriction system. The independent management system not only weakens the rigidity of management and strengthens the elasticity of management, but also creates space of independent management for students which realizes the students＂ self management and self service. In addition, the human caring system injects the concept of people - oriented , life - oriented, which makes independent management filled with deep humanistic care.
