摘　　要：从粤西地区农民工的规模流向为出发点,对粤西地区农民工继续教育与就业培训的战略作用、关键问题、任务举措、注意环节进行了深入的分析探讨,以寻求适合于粤西地区乃至整个中国的行之有效的农民工继续教育与就业培训制度体系,配合构建以人的全面发展为目标的社会主义和谐社会的战略目标。In this paper, the size flow of migrant workers in as a starting western Guangdong point and the strategic role of job training, key issues, tasks, initiatives, attention to aspects of the analysis conducted in-depth study to find suitable areas in the western Guangdong effective and the whole of migrant workers in China＇s continuing education system and employment training system, with built-round development of man as the goal of the strategic goal of a harmonious socialist society.
