摘　　要：临床教学管理水平的高低,将直接影响临床教学质量。为适应近年来军队医院精简缩编的新形式,我院改进了临床教学管理模式,建立了适合临床教学的四级管理机构,对全面提升我院教学管理效率和质量起到了积极的推动作用。The level of teaching management has a direct effect on the quality of clinical teaching.We,therefore,innovated the pattern of teaching management to meet the needs of the present situation of our military hospital.A new four-level pattern of teaching management has been established,which has significantly enhanced the efficiency and quality of teaching management of our hospital.
