摘　　要：随着人口老龄化问题日益严重,研究与开发延缓衰老的药物与功能食品具有重要价值。皂苷广泛存在于自然界,也是人参、三七等著名中药的重要物质基础,皂苷类化合物能通过清除氧自由基、调节神经内分泌、调节免疫等多途径发挥"延年益寿"作用。With the problem of aging population grows serious,it is necessary to study and develop drugs or functional food to retard aging process. As a kind of active compound widely consisting in nature,saponin is the key effective ingredient of some traditional Chinese medicines. Saponins play important roles in delaying senility by anti-oxidant activity of free radical,modulating metabolism of neuroendocrine,balancing immunological function and other approaches.
