摘　　要：技能大赛的举办引领了职业院校专业建设和教学模式改革,加强了"双师型"教师队伍建设和实训基地建设,加快校企合作的过程,促进了学风校风的建设,树立了以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促练的教学活动观。The holding of skills competition leads the special construction and teaching model reform of the vocational colleges, which strengthens the ＂double-professionaUy-tided＂ teachers＇ construction and the construction of training base, accelerates the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, promotes the academic discipline and school spirit construction and establishes a mode of promoting teaching,study and training through competition
