论校办旅行社与导游专业学生的实践教学——以桂林青葱岁月旅行社为例

摘　　要：实践教学是实现高职高专教育培养目标的最主要途径,包括实验、实训和实习等环节。桂林旅游高等专科学校导游系依托校内旅行社,将实践教学贯穿于新生体验旅游、实训教学、顶岗实习等环节,使教学内容与企业需求无缝对接,使教学方法与学生素质和能力的培养要求相适应,趟出了一条符合旅游高等职业教育规律的路子。Practice teaching, including experiment, training and internship, is the most important way to real- ize the training objective of higher vocational education. Supported by college-run travel service, the Tour Guiding Department in Guilin Institute of Tourism integrates practice teaching with freshmen＇s experience tour, training teaching and post practice. Thus, the teaching contents and industry demands are seamless connected and the teaching methods commensurate with students＇ competence, which satisfies the laws of higher education of tourism.
