摘　　要：针对目前IT行业严峻的就业形势和高职院校培养计算机专业人才的目标要求,在数据库课程设计教学过程中采用以就业为导向和以能力培养为核心的改革思路,并通过各种教学方法激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,有助于培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,从而提高教学质量,为学生就业打下一个良好的基础。For the current grim IT employment situation and goals to train computer professionals of vocational colleges,the reform ideas of employment-oriented and the core of competency training is used in the teaching process of the database course design,and through a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students＇motivation to learn and enthusiasm,helping student to bring up the ability of analyzing problems and solving problems,improving the quality of teaching,layiing a good foundation for student employment.
