摘　　要：人才测评实验室的建设是人力资源管理专业实践教学体系研究的重要组成内容。随着航运业对航运人才需求的不断增长,对航运人才的素质和能力提出了更高的要求,因此作为航运人才摇篮的航海类高校应大力推进建设符合现代行业需求的、具有实践操作性的人才测评实验室。文中以航海类高校为依托,以实验室建设为主线,本着实用性和可操作性的原则,努力探索人才测评实验室创新性建设的路径,以期为航海类高校的人才测评实验室建设提供可参考的依据。Research on the laboratorial construction of personnel assessment is important for the study of human resource management practice teaching system.With the shipping industry＇s demand for shipping personnel,the industry puts forward a higher quality and capacity requirement.As the cradle of shipping personnel,maritime universities should vigorously promote the construction of personnel assessment laboratory which can meet the needs of modern industry and feature practical and operational.The article rely on maritime university and has laboratory of construction as the main line in line with the principles of practicality and operability.Efforts are made to explore the innovative path of personnel assessment laboratory construction,which aims at provide a reference basis for the construction of personnel assessment laboratory in maritime universities.
