摘　　要：综述了国内外三聚氰胺餐具的生产使用情况,三聚氰胺餐具中存在的可迁移的有毒有害物质种类和危害,以及各种有害物质的迁移规律研究现状。通过比较我国与主要发达国家的限量标准,有针对性地提出了加强我国食品包装材料用三聚氰胺餐具开发研究与管理的建议。The production and use conditions of melamine-formaldehyderesin dishwares, the sorts and hazards of the migratory toxic and hazardous substances existing in melamine-formaldehyderesin dishwares, and the present situation of the study on migration laus at home and abroad were summarized. Some suggestions about strengthening research and management of melamine-formaldehyderesin dishwares were also provided by comparing the limited standards between China and other major developed countries in food packaging materials.
