摘　　要：目前的教学文化研究仍局限于传统的工具论视域,缺乏整体性的分析思维。故以变革为研究的逻辑起点,借鉴库恩"范式"理论,将教学文化划分为三种型:演示型、传递型、探究型,为探讨教学文化变革构建了一个整体性的分析框架。而从人性与知识的内部视角对教学文化变革的根本动因进行分析,结合国内教育改革实际对教育中的人性化思潮与学校知识性质的论争予以评析,将有助于当今教学文化的全面变革。The studies of teaching culture are still limited to traditional instrumentalism and lack holistic analytical thinking.As the logical starting point for research and based on Kuhn＇s,＂paradigm＂ theory,the teaching cluture can be divided into three paradigms： performance,delivery and inquiry.This provides a holistic framework to explore the cultural change of teaching.From the internal perspective of human natrue and knowledge,this paper analyzes the fundamental motivation for change,and comments on the dispute about the human thought in education and the nature of school knowledge.
