摘 要:针对三角函数运算限制永磁同步电机矢量控制在微控制器中应用灵活性的问题,提出一种新的基于支持向量机的矢量控制方法。利用多项式核支持向量机离线训练三角函数,以训练得到的权向量和阈值进行三角函数的函数逼近,通过加法、减法和乘法实现矢量控制所需三角函数运算,解决微控制器不能直接进行三角函数计算的问题。将该方法应用于基于微控制器的永磁同步电机调速系统中,不同负载和不同转速的实验结果表明该方法具有较小的转速脉动。Aiming at the problem that trigonometric function computation confines application of perma- nent magnet synchronous motor vector control on microcontroller, a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control method basing on support vector machine was proposed. By off-line training trigonometric function with polynomial kernel support vector machine, weight vector and threshold were gained. Train-ing result was used to carry out function approach of trigonometric function. Trigonometric function com-putation of vector control was gained with addition, subtraction and multiplication. It solved the problem that microcontroller can not compute trigonometric function directly. This method was applied on perma-nent magnet synchronous motor speed control system by microcontroller. Experiment result with different loads and speeds shows that the proposed method has small speed fluctuating
