论应用型本科教育质量保障体系的构建

摘　　要：地方本科院校应该构建与之培养目标相匹配的人才培养质量保障体系,找出关键问题,积极改革,以重点突破带动整体教学质提高。具体应着重解决质量标准与培养目标定位相匹配、实践教学体系与理论教学体系互融互动、过程控制及制度执行力度、实质性引入外部质量监控等问题。Local universities and colleges should construct a talent training quality guarantee system matching their training objectives,identify key problems,and reform actively so as to make key breakthroughs in their overall teaching quality improvement efforts.Efforts should be concentrated on matching quality standards with their training objectives,on the interaction between the practice-oriented teaching system and the theory-oriented teaching system,on process control and intensity of institution implementation,and on substantive introduction of external quality monitoring.
