摘　　要：为适应社会对复合型人才多方面能力的要求,面对当前高校毕业生严峻的就业形势,地方高校学生多样化能力培养显得尤其重要,对教育技术学专业而言,应该加强教师队伍建设,改善实验条件,为学生提供良好的学习环境,从专业改造、课程设置、考试制度等多方面培养学生的思维能力、创造能力、动手能力。In recent years job-hunting has become increasingly difficult for graduates from higher insti-tutions. Hence it＇ s of paramount importance to cultivate university students＇ over-all abilities in order to meet the needs of the society. As far as the major of educational technology is concerned, we should strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the experimental conditions and provide students with favorable learning environments, In addition, it is also necessary to cultivate students＇ over-all abilities of thinking, creation and practicality from the perspective of professional transformation, course setting and test system.
