摘　　要：个性化学习中的个体差异千差万别,导致个体难以获得有效支持。针对差异形成的原因,从个性化需求的深度分析入手,通过搭建符合个体要求的知识资源,引导个体进行学习和进程管理,构建差异满足的可行模式能够满足个体的个性化学习要求。The great differences in personalized learning lead to the difficulty in getting effective support in individual learning.According to the cause of the differences formation,after deep analysis in the personalized demand,this paper constructs the feasible model to meet the differences,through building knowledge resources to meet the individual requirements and guiding the management of individual learning process.
