中职《化验室组织与管理》体验式学习模式初探

摘　　要：中职《化验室组织与管理》体验式学习模式可以有三种基本形态:认知体验式学习模式、情感体验式学习模式和行为体验式学习模式。实施体验式学习模式时,应重点把握经验构筑和学习反思两个核心环节,运用以下三种策略:一是基于实体观察的体验式学习策略,二是基于典型案例的体验式学习策略,三是基于全程参与的体验式学习策略。Secondary vocational School experiencing learning mode of laboratory organization has three basic forms;cognitive experiencing learning mode,emotional experiencing learning mode and behavioral learning experiencing mode.When the experiencing learning mode is adopted,the two key points should be paid attention to,which are experience construction and learning reflection.The following strategies are carried out： based on substance observation experiencing learning mode,based on typical case experiencing learning mode and participation in the whole process experiencing learning mode.
