城市化进程中失地农民的心理适应特征探究——以苏州工业园区为例

摘　　要：为了解失地农民心理适应的特征,本研究采用生命线访谈法访谈了苏州市工业园区20位失地农民。结果发现:大多数失地农民接受失地这一事实,并满意目前的生活状况;青年组、中年组和老年组失地农民心理适应表现出各自的特征;良好的社会支持促进失地农民的心理适应;疾病困扰、治安较差、经济不支和物价高涨等成为失地农民心理适应的阻碍因素。针对此,本研究提出几点建议与对策,为促进失地农民良好的心理适应提供参考。After interviewing twenty landless peasants of Suzhou Industrial Park by using lifeline interview method for carrying out the research on the characteristics of mental adaptation of landless peasants,the results are as follows: most of the landless peasants accept the reality of losing land and are satisfied with the current living conditions;landless peasants from young,middle-aged and elderly groups show different characters on mental adaptation;good social support could improve the landless peasant the mental adaptation level;illnesses,public insecurity,high inflation and economic uncertainty etc.are becoming the main obstruction factors for landless peasants' mental adaptation.Based on the research,the article puts forward several suggestions and countermeasures in terms of society and community in order to promote the mental adaptation of landless peasants.
