摘  要:文学翻译实践强调发挥译者的主观能动性,而译者的诗学观在一定程度上又影响并制约着译者的主观能动性。研究发现,一方面译者的诗学观既制约文学翻译的思想内容又制约文学翻译的表现形式,另一方面文学翻译实践也会改造译者的诗学观。这样我们就可以从诗学观与翻译实践的互动角度揭示"创造性叛逆"背后的深层原因,进一步弄清译者主体性的深刻内涵,理解文学翻译活动中主观能动性和语言文化客观制约性的辩证统一。晚清时期的小说翻译活动就是很好的例证。The Translator's subjectivity is often emphasized in translating literary works, while his poetics will also exert influences on his translation practice. It is found that on the one hand, the translator's poetics manipulates the ideological content as well as the form and style of literary translation. On the other hand, his translation practice will also transform the translator's poetics. By examining the underlying reasons behind 'creative treason' from the perspective of interaction between the translator's poetics and translation practice, we can better understand the profound implication of the translator's subjectivity, and prove the dialectical unity of subjectivity in literary translation and objective restrictions by language and culture. Fiction translation in Late Qing Dynasty is a good case in point.
