摘  要:运用模糊控制理论与PID算法合成了模糊自校正PID控制器,该控制器既具有模糊控制灵活性、适应性强的优点,又具有PID控制器精度高的特点。将其成功应用于一类电子装配设备的温控系统中,实现了对PID参数的实时在线修正,在控制稳定性方面获得了比常规PID控制更好的调温效果。应用基于MODBUS协议的单片机加触摸屏的主从式控制方案组建结构简单、性能稳定的系统,在此平台上实验验证了Fuzzy-PID温控策略的可实施性。The fuzzy control theory and the PID algorithm are integrated into the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller which has not only the advantages of fuzzy control for being both flexible and adaptable,but also the characteristics of PID controller for high precision.Put it into use in the temperature control system of one electronic assembly equipment,which can achieve the real-time on-line correction of PID parameters and the temperature regulation result that is better than using the conventional PID controller especially in terms of the stability.A simple structure,stable performance control system based on the MODBUS protocol is established by the application of the MCU plus touch screen master-slave control program,by which it is confirmed that the Fuzzy-PID temperature control strategy is applicable.
