摘  要:目前,教师绩效评价已成为世界各国教育改革的重要研究方向,我国对于中小学教师绩效评价的研究起步较晚,层次不够深入,在教师绩效评价目的、标准、流程等方面存在一系列误区,拟从绩效评价的意义、标准框架、评价模式、公平问题以及绩效反馈和改进等角度阐述相应的优化对策,为完善中小学教师绩效评价提供一些参考。Recently,the teacher's performance evaluation has become one of the most popular research directions in the world education reform.As we started our study relatively late and still not in depth,there are a lot of errors and questions about the purpose,standards,evaluation process,etc.in the performance evaluation.This article puts forward the optimization countermeasures in five aspects:finding a deep meanings of teachers performance evaluation;setting up a regular standards frame;searching for a reasonable evaluation model;improving fairness during evaluation;promoting effectively feedback and continuous improvement and providing some reference to improve our performance evaluation system.
