摘  要:目的探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗硬纤维瘤的有效性及安全性。方法采用FEP-BY02型高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗仪治疗硬纤维瘤患者25例,共530次(平均每例21.2次)。结果完全缓解5例(20.0%),部分缓解10例(40.0%),稳定6例(24.0%),进展4例(16.0%)。治疗前肿瘤最大直径为(5.91±3.90)cm,治疗后为(5.35±3.58)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肿瘤最大双径截面积平均缩小率为19.8%。治疗后超声靶区组织回声明显增强,肿瘤与正常组织边界清晰,CT检查示CT值明显增加,增强无强化或少许轻度强化。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗硬纤维瘤是一种安全、有效的新方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of high- intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for treatment of desmoid tumors. Methods FEP - BY02 - type HIFU tumor therapy instrument was applied on 25 patients with desmoid tumors for treatment. All patients were treated 530 times (21.2 times per patient). Results:Five cases (20.0%) had complete response, 10 patients (40.0%) had partial response,6 patients (24.0%) was stable, but 4 case ( 16.0% ) had progression. Before treatment, the maximum tumor diameter was (5.91±3.90) cm, after treatment, the maximum tumor diameter was (5.35±3.58 )cm, the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment. Results The rate of the decreased largest tumor cross - sectional area was 19.8%. The echo of ultrasound target region was increased after treatment. The boundary between the tumor and normal tissue was sharp. CT examination showed CT value increased significantly. Enhanced CT showed no enhancement or a little slight enhancement. Conclusion High -intensity focused ultrasound is an effective and safe method in the treatment of desmoid tumors.
