摘　　要：设计合成了 2 1个苯基烯丙基硫醚、亚砜和砜类化合物 ,并对其进行了抗锥体虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶的药理活性筛选 .实验表明化合物 (4) ,(11) ,(15 ) ,(18)和 (2 1)的活性较强 .Twenty one compounds(phenylallylthio ether,sulfinyl and sulfonyl)were synthesized and their activities against Trypanosoma cruzi in vitro were tested.The result showed that compounds (4),(11),(15),(18)and (21) had good anticruzain activity.
