摘　　要：本文概述了医学博士一哲学博士（Doctor of Medicine，Doctor of Philosophy，MD—PhD）双博士学位培养计划提出的背景以及对该计划的评估，结合北京大学医学部MD—PhD双博士学位培养模式的构建和实践，分析了该模式在我国的应用前景和存在问题，期望对医学教学改革和有志成为医学领军人物的医学生有所借鉴。This paper outlines the background of the initiation of MD-PhD Program as well as the evaluation of such program abroad. It analyses the prospects and existing problems of the combined MD- PhD program in China based on the experiences of Peking University Health Science Center. It aims to provide some suggestions for medical education reform in China and some advice for medical students with the ambition to be the nation＇ s future medical leaders.
