摘 要:探讨了微波处理条件对葡甘聚糖/壳聚糖复合膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、吸湿量、透湿系数和透光率的影响.结果表明,123 W/g辐照功率的处理使水蒸气透过系数、透氧气系数下降,抗拉强度、断裂伸长率增大;而246W/g和375W/g辐射功率的处理使抗拉强度、水蒸气透过系数、氧气透过系数下降,断裂伸长率增大;微波处理使透光率略有下降,但影响不显著.结论:微波对葡甘聚糖/壳聚糖复合膜的性能具有显著影响.The effects of microwave treatment on the tensile strength, elongation at break, moisture ab sorption, water vapor permeability coefficient and light permeability of chitosan and konjac glucomannan composite films were studied. The results showed that water vapor permeability coefficient and oxygen permeability coefficient decreased, tensile strength and elongation at break increased after 1 min irradiation in the 123w export power per gram film, and light permeability decreased slightly. In contrast, tensile strength, water vapor permeability coefficient and oxygen permeability coefficient decreased lineally in 246 w and 375 w export power per gram film, while elongation at break increased slightly. After the micro- wave treatment, light permeability decreased slightly. In conclusion: the performance of the composite film was greatly affected by microwave.
