摘　　要：为定量分析港口水域通航环境对船舶航行安全的影响,提出基于粗糙集理论的属性重要度方法.采用海事部门港口安全调查数据,建立决策表,利用属性约简算法,计算属性在可分辨矩阵中的出现频率,得出各因素的重要度和对航行安全的影响程度.属性重要度方法克服了主观影响,提高了评价结果的客观性和准确性.To quantitatively analyze the effects of harbor-water navigation environment on navigation safety, the attributed sig- nificance method based on rough-set theory was applied. By ac- cidents analysis, the main {actors were extracted, and the deci- sion table was also presented. According to the rough set explo- ration system software and the data collected from maritimesafety administration （MSA） of China, the entire procedure of importance-value calculation was illustrated, and the influence degree of individual factors is obtained. The proposed method overcomes the shortcomings of interference of subjective factors in traditional measure, which can improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results.
