摘 要:对海上搜寻行动所必需的动态搜寻力量信息获取技术进行分析,在此基础上,将海上搜寻行动中迫切需要解决的搜寻力量选择问题抽象为带有船舶总量约束的最优化问题,建立海上搜寻力量选择优化模型.该模型充分考虑待搜寻海域面积以及可用搜救船舶的最大航速、搜寻能力、初始距离等因素,通过引入0-1型决策变量,对搜寻力量的优化选择进行直观、有效地判断.通过分析不同船舶总量限制条件下的最优值与搜寻成本之间的关系,得出经济、可行的搜寻方案,从而为搜寻指挥人员的科学决策提供支持.The information acquisition technology for dynamic search effort necessary at sea is surveyed, and on this basis, the selection issue for search effort urgently needed to be addressed in maritime search action is abstracted into an optimization prob- lem under the condition of total ship quantity constrained. An optimal model for search effort selection at sea is established, and it is verified to be available. Decisive factors, such as sea ex-tent to be searched, maximum speeds, searching capabilities and initial distances of available ships were fully considered. By in- troducing 0 - 1 decision variables, the optimization of search ef- fort selection can be judged directly and effectively. By analyzing the relationship between optimal value under different quantita- tive constraints and corresponding searching costs, the economi- cal and feasible searching schemes can be produced so as to pro- vide search commanders with a strong support for scientific deci-sion-making.
